First the St. Louis-Kansas City members represented the Sisters program well in the St. Louis Labor Day Parade (shown on the right).
At a recent PRIDE Parade, St. Louis Sisters showed they were proud to be Union and proud to be affiliated with the Missouri Women in the Trades (MoWIT).

Kansas City Sisters joined in to help make Mentoring A Girl In Construction (MAGIC) Camp learning and fun for high school girls.
Beth Barton, SIB Committee member and jobsite Superintendent, received the Building Tomorrow Award for Workforce Development from the S. Louis Construction Forum.
