Men and women mustering out of the service can find the training that leads to good-paying jobs as union carpenters through the Helmets to Hardhats program. Helmets to Hardhats not only places vets on a fast track to union apprenticeship, but most importantly into a career.

The UBC also supports its current members when they are called up to active duty by waiving their dues and keeping them on the membership rolls.
