The program was extremely informative and was presented in a professional manner that indicated the UBC’s commitment to improving the industry and strengthening the skills of its members.
The training included skills to improve communication, listening skills, explaining and understanding generational differences, team building, personal branding, and numerous other topics. It was presented at the level of an MBA management training course.
Further, the interaction between the construction executives, superintendents, and foreman from all geographic locations and varied construction disciplines was very enlightening and insightful. The physical training facility is first class and the hospitality that was extended to us was extremely generous and welcoming.
