How do you retain women on construction projects? Leadership on the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth construction project decided that holding Tradeswomen lunches is one retention approach.
They have established these lunches as a regional best practice; with a focus on building connections between women and the compliance staff on the project. New England Sisters are pictured here at one of the lunches.
