Two SIB chairs find value in collaborating with tradeswomen organizations such as Women in the Trades.
On January 7, 2019, Kristine Byers (pictured) joined other Sisters and Brothers as they honored four Carpenters who lost their lives on a Vancouver construction project.
With an almost 50 percent turnout, Local 339 considers their first SIB meeting a success.
As a newly formed committee, these Sisters are moving forward with their efforts to work on community projects.
With over 300 girls and 100 educators in attendance, the MAGIT (Massachusetts Girls in Trades) can add another very successful conference to their growing list.
