Sisters recruiting at this year’s Asbury Park Pride Parade included women that were special in two ways: they were recruited at the 2017 parade and they had completed the pre-apprentice program.

The parade attracts a large diverse crowd, encompassing all ages. And based on personal experience, the recruiting Sisters knew that some of the attendees were potential Carpenter candidates. These pictures show they were ready to engage with educational materials, informational brochures, and hands-on activities.
