Since its inception 14 months ago, Tradeswomen Tuesdays in Boston has always been packed with women who want to learn more about becoming a Union construction worker.

Every first Tuesday of the month, about 30 women show up to hear presentations by female tradeswomen. The presenters share their experiences; then answer questions about Union apprenticeships in the group and during one-on-one conversations.

Expanding on their success, NERCC Sisters now hold Tradeswomen Tuesdays in Springfield and Worcester.
