As 32 North Central States Sisters returned from the 2018 Sisters Conference, they were greeted with a follow-up initiative designed to embrace and expand their positive experiences. This involved a flyer created by the Communications Department, which was mailed to all women members. Not only did the flyer highlight the talents of NCSRCC women, it emphasized their positive role in the Union.

Additionally, all women were given an opportunity to receive a new SIB t-shirt and encouraged to watch a video featuring women Carpenters. But perhaps most importantly, Sisters were invited to participate in a Town Hall Teleforum with EST John Raines.

The Sisters were pleased with these next steps to keep the momentum going.
