For their October 2019 meeting, the Western Massachusetts SIB committee had two heavy hitters on their agenda.

One was Kim Hokanson, a NERCC staff member. Kim talked about her experience with New England Finish; describing her paths to becoming a Foreman and a Superintendent. The other was Local member Julie Boucher; who talked about her path to becoming an Assistant Superintendent with Shawmut.

Sisters participated via teleconference from two offices – Worcester and Springfield. Everyone enjoyed the discussion.
