Council Representatives Layla Bibi and Joe Lockley welcomed the opportunity to recruit at a recent College, Vocation, and Labor fair. Sponsored by Councilwoman Cherelle L. Parker, the fair was held at the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA.

The turnout was good and attendees were receptive to the information Layla and Joe provided. Specifically, they talked about Union benefits, apprenticeship programs, lucrative wages, and Carpentry career opportunities.
