In October, 2015, the Las Vegas SIB Committee joined 23,000 other participants for the 5K Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. The event was held at the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas, with 642 Teams participating.

Thanks to generous donations and support of members, the Las Vegas Team raised $1,100. Local 1977 donated $300 and 12 T-Shirts emblazoned with the SIB logo. Local 1780 donated $250.

The event was a huge success and the Sisters are looking for-ward to future events that will involve members.
