Kristene Byers was one of the British Columbia Sisters who traveled to Illinois for Women Build Week. While there, Kristene gave her time and talents, but she also received something special – the Doug Urquhart Humanitarian Award. Presented at the Local 1907 picnic, Kristene was recognized for her work with Habitat for Humanity during this special week.
