On September 17, 2018, 12 women started the New Jersey pre-apprentice program. They represented the eleventh class of women who have gone through a several-step process to get to this point.

On October 26, 2018, 11 women graduated, for a completion rate of 92%. They worked hard, learned a lot, and are ready for the opportunities that a UBC construction career offers.
