Sisters were among the NERCC staff members who attended the Boston Commercial Real Estate Summit. The venue provided a great opportunity to talk about equity, inclusion, and diversity in construction.

They shared what the Council had been doing to increase diversity, highlighting their many achievements. They also showcased a useful framework for progressing towards equity (photo).
