Connecticut SIB Uses Variety as a Retention Tool

While the Connecticut SIB committee views meetings as a tried-and-proven way to keep Sisters engaged, they know that retention requires comradery and involvement.  So, Sisters regularly attend monthly orientations at the Carpenters Local 326 training center.

They also hold outside activities such as this event at a bowling alley, which replaced an actual meeting. Seven sisters attended and very much enjoyed the outing.
