Sisters can have various positive experiences at meetings – at least that’s what the Connecticut SIB committee believes. At their meetings, Sisters are encouraged to mentor each other, bring in potential female Carpenters, share concerns about work issues, and offer solutions to problems.

The committee has also added a monthly “birthday celebration” to their agenda. Specifically, they bring a small cake and sing Happy Birthday to any Sister with a birthday during that month. Recently, the birthday honors went to Krystal Green (orange top).
