Believing that members appreciate being recognized for their contributions, the Connecticut SIB committee featured other workers in their photo-of-the month project.

• Journeyman Kelly Johnson was selected for the April photo. She is wearing the yellow UPP shirt.
• Sister Dalymarys Santiago is featured as a first year Apprentice. She is wearing a yellow vest and blue hardhat.
• Brother Eric Williams is featured for his role in supporting women at the jobsite. He is wearing a white hardhat with the Sisters in the Brotherhood sticker. SIB chair Ana Cardona gives these stickers to supportive Brothers. Ana says, “This is just a way to involve Brothers in the Sisterhood.”
