Opening with the popular NERCC outreach video, “I Built That!”, SIB Committee Chairs, Ana Cardona (Connecticut) and Liz Skidmore (Boston), set the tone for a positive discussion about women in construction. They appeared recently on the Connecticut Cable TV show, Progressive Talk, with host Aili McKeen.

The discussion was wide-ranging, with Ana and Liz highlighting the benefits of working for the Union. They shared information about becoming members of the NERCC and shared their personal experiences as Carpenters. CLICK HERE to watch the discussion.
