In September 2018, Boston Sisters provided Bystander training for 700 NERCC members. The training evolved from a very successful program aimed at younger members in Connecticut called GenNext.

Boston Sisters created and delivered a training segment at multiple locations: Manchester NH, Boston MA, Providence RI, Bridgewater MA, Wilmington MA, and Yalesville CT.

The training focused on being an “active” bystander. That is, take action if you see problematic behavior happening on the jobsite. Specific issues involving safety, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, and bullying were also addressed.

Evaluations were very positive.
