When BCRCC Communications Lead, Travis Tambone, asked Barbara James of Local 1907 to talk about leadership training, she jumped at the chance. The discussion occurred on February 19, 2020 during a six-minute telephone interview.
Barbara talked about her pathway to becoming a Carpenter, as well as her experiences at a leadership course she recently attended with Antoniette Yap of Local 2736. The course is a joint initiative of the British Columbia Women in Trades, the Industry Training Authority, and the Canadian Labour Congress.
